Nourisher Meals
Melli is the founder of Nourisher, a food service created from her own reflection on the kind of support she would want to receive when becoming a mother, especially while living far from family and lifelong friends.
For Melli, that support has always come back to food: a freezer filled with nourishing meals, one less thing to think about, and a reminder that mothers deserve care too.
Her nutrient-dense, comforting meals are inspired in part by traditional Chinese postpartum foods, alongside influences from other cultures that place a strong value on nourishment after birth. They are made to support recovery, lactation and steady energy during those early weeks.

With a background in stress and health counseling, specialized training in baby loss coaching, and a growing expertise in the nervous system, she offers compassionate, body-and-mind-centered support. Drawing from her own experiences with high-risk pregnancies, loss, and NICU life, Gaby helps mothers find peace, process their stories, and move forward with renewed strength. She is also the founder of Anders dan Verwacht, an online magazine for mothers with a different beginning.

Essential oils have been part of my own life and home for some time now.
