I am fully registered and recognized as a non-medical care professional within the Dutch healthcare system and hold an AGB code. Some supplemental health insurance plans may partially reimburse doula support. Reimbursement depends on your insurer and policy — I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider.

Perfect if you already feel confident in your birth preparation, or if you simply want solid, hands-on support in the Netherlands from someone who will be there fully for you. With this package you still receive the same warmth, knowledge, and presence I bring to every client—it’s the foundation of my care.

Nurturing and holistic postpartum support with nourishing meals and recovery tools to ease your transition as a new parent

I understand that each family's journey and needs are unique, which is why my postpartum care is adaptable to suit your individual preferences. Our sessions can be customized to include a variety of supportive elements, such as:
Emotional Support: A listening ear and guidance to explore your motherhood journey, process birth, and adjust to personal changes.
Physical Support: Hands-on baby care, massage, belly binding, and recovery aids like foot baths, sitz baths, yoni steaming, and gentle movement.
Mental Support: Guided meditations, relaxation techniques, and coaching to resolve parenthood worries and connect to your new self.
Practical Support: Meal planning, nutritious snacks, herbal teas, sibling/pet care, light housekeeping, and referrals to specialists.
Nurturing Nest Package includes:
Free Introduction Meeting (45 minutes)
1x 2 hours long postpartum planning session (before baby is born)
WhatsApp/text/audio support from 36 weeks of pregnancy till 8 weeks postpartum
3-4 hours long postnatal care sessions within the first 8 weeks postpartum (see prices of the packages per amount of sessions below)

Additional Postpartum Home Support
Extra postpartum session: 3h (1day) - €150
Every hour above 3 hours in a day: €40 / hour, minimum 3 hours per day.

Night Doula Care
Night doula care offers calm, experienced support during the most vulnerable hours, so you can rest deeply and recover while your baby is lovingly cared for.
Alongside attentive newborn care, I support the birthing parent throughout the night—offering emotional reassurance, ensuring you have water and nourishing snacks, helping you move safely, use the bathroom, and feel supported and cared for as your body heals.
Rate: €60 per hour
Premium nights: (weekends, holidays, first 7 nights after birth) €70 per hour Minimum booking: 6 consecutive hours per night (to ensure meaningful rest and continuity of care)
Additional pre-birth meal prep: €250
3 homemade nutritious meals (7 generous portions for two) to freeze delivered by 38 week for your first week of postpartum. (Can be also cooked fresh at your place if desired) You will choose the meals from the provided recipes list.
