It’s about feeling ready — in your body, your mind, and your heart — for one of life’s most powerful transitions.
Nest to Birth: 1-o-1 antenatal classes
A practical, one-on-one session (4/5 hours) designed to give you and your birth partner confidence, clarity, and tools for labor, birth, and the first days postpartum.
You’ll learn about birth physiology, comfort measures, mindset, breathing, positions, partner’s role, and postpartum preparation — all personalized to your needs and birth wishes.
Available in-person (Hilversum area, +30km) or online, this session offers practical knowledge and emotional grounding so you feel truly supported and prepared.
United in Birth - Sibling Birth Preparation
A heart-centered course for families welcoming another baby — designed to help children feel included, confident, and ready to meet their new sibling.
Through storytelling, play, and gentle learning, children explore what birth looks like, how they can support, and how special their role is as a big brother or sister. Parents also receive guidance to create a smooth, loving transition for everyone.
Available in-person or online.
Who Is a Doula — and What I Do
Doula - a Continuous Anchor
A doula provides emotional, mental, and physical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She's the only person in your birth team who's continuously focused fully on you and your partner.
I help you understand your options, give reassurance, bridge communication with your care providers, and stay grounded — no matter what path your birth takes.
My support complements your midwife and kraamzorg — adding the missing piece of continuity and calm presence.
