• 1 Free Introduction Meeting (30-45minutes).
• 3 prenatal meetings (2x 2h , 1x 90min); During these meetings, we will cover your expectations, birthing preferences, relaxation and breathing techniques, and various methods for managing pain and maintaining comfort during labor.   
• Birth planning support.
• Postpartum planning.
• 1 meeting with your midwife/healthcare provider (if desired).
• Weekly video chat/call short check-ins from 36 weeks on.
• 1x Overdue session (if desired) 
• Unlimited contacts by text or mail.
• 24/7 on call from week 37 on.
• Continuous labor support - regardless of length.
• Immediate postpartum support: ensuring the birthing parent and baby are comfortable and settled.
• 1 brief postpartum meeting (in the first week after the birth, maximum of 45min) + nourishing homemade meal
• 1 postpartum visit (between 3-6 weeks after the birth): We will go through your birth experience and your postpartum journey.
• Birth photos and videos (optional, note: I am not a professional photographer).

If you live outside of Hilversum a travel fee of   € 0.25  (excl. VAT) per km will be charged when I come to you.

• 1 postpartum brief video chat (30 minutes) in the first week after the birth.
• 1 in person postpartum meeting (90 minutes, between 4 - 6 weeks after the birth): We will go through your birth experience and your postpartum journey.

I am here to provide compassionate, holistic support that spans from the final stages of pregnancy through the crucial weeks following birth. My goal is to offer a comforting presence, creating a safe space for you to embrace this new chapter in your life, feeling valued, supported, and listened to.

I understand that each family's journey and needs are unique, which is why my postpartum care is adaptable to suit your individual preferences. Our sessions can be customized to include a variety of supportive elements, such as:

• Emotional Support: A listening ear and guidance to explore your motherhood journey, process birth, and adjust to personal changes.
• Physical Support: Hands-on baby care, massage, belly binding, and recovery aids like foot baths, and gentle movement.
• Mental Support: Guided meditations, relaxation techniques, and coaching to resolve parenthood worries and connect to your new self.
• Practical Support: Meal planning, nutritious snacks, herbal teas, sibling/pet care, light housekeeping, and referrals to specialists.

"Nurturing Nest" Package includes:

• Free Introduction Meeting (45 minutes).
• 1x postpartum planning session (before baby is born) 
• 5x 3-4 hours long sessions within the first 8 weeks postpartum.
• Meal preparation: 3 homemade nutritious meals (7 portions) to freeze delivered by 38 week for your first week of postpartum. (Can be also cooked fresh at your place if desired) You will choose the meals from the provided recipes list.
