For families who want straightforward, reliable doula care (in Hilversum, Amsterdam, Utrecht and cities around) without unnecessary extras. Essentials Care gives you everything you need to feel supported and prepared in pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum, without stretching beyond your budget. Perfect if you already feel confident in your birth preparation, or if you simply want solid, hands-on support in the Netherlands from someone who will be there fully for you. With this package you still receive the same warmth, knowledge, and presence I bring to every client—it’s the foundation of my care.
Includes:
- Free introduction meeting (30–45 min)
- 2 prenatal meetings (2h each): expectations, birthing preferences, relaxation/breathing, pain management, postpartum planning
- Optional meeting with your midwife/healthcare provider
- Unlimited contact by text or email
- 24/7 on call from week 38
- Continuous labor support (regardless of length)
- Immediate postpartum support after birth
- 1 brief postpartum video call (30 min, first week)
- 1 postpartum visit (3–6 weeks after birth) to reflect on your journey

Embraced Nest offers deeper preparation, extra connection, and nurturing support for both pregnancy and postpartum that can transform your journey into parenthood. This is for families who want to feel held, guided, and truly cared for—not just during birth, but also in the tender days leading up to it and the first moments afterward. With compassionate doula care and thoughtful touches, this package makes the transition into parenthood smoother and more supported.
Includes everything from Essentials Care, plus:
- 3 prenatal meetings, instead of 2 (2x 2h, 1x 60min)
- Dedicated birth planning + postpartum planning
- Weekly short video/call check-ins from 36 weeks
- 24/7 on call from week 37 on.
- 1 “Overdue” session if desired
- 1 extra brief postpartum meeting (45 min, first week) + nourishing postpartum homemade meal

"Complete Journey” - Maxi Doula Support
Price: 3190€
For families who want to be carried through the transition into parenthood with extra presence, nourishment, and care. Complete Journey is especially supportive for expats in the Netherlands, busy parents, or those without a strong local network - it’s about making sure you are not alone in those first fragile weeks. With postpartum meals, extended care, and focused planning, you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby while knowing everything else is taken care of. This package gives you the time, space, and nurturing you need to begin your postpartum journey feeling steady and supported.
Includes everything from Embraced Nest, plus:
- 1 nutrition-focused visit / video call to prepare postpartum meals
- 3 homemade nutritious meals (7 portions) delivered by 38 weeks (or cooked fresh at your place if desired)
- 3 postpartum care visits (3–4h each) within the first 21 days

Whether your preparation feels complete or you simply want someone by your side when it matters most, this package ensures you’re not alone. Flexible, simple, and focused on what counts: steady care, calm presence, and reassurance during birth.
We can discuss the addition of more meetings and services (you will pay for them separately).

Postpartum is a time of healing, change, and deep transformation—and no one should walk it alone.
The Nurturing Nest package offers postpartum doula support in Hilversum and surrounding areas, combining emotional presence, practical help, and nourishing meals so you can truly rest, recover, and bond with your baby.
This care is especially meaningful for new mothers, expat families in the Netherlands, or parents without a nearby support system, providing a soft landing into parenthood with holistic guidance and hands-on help.
Every family’s journey is unique, which is why this care is tailored to your needs—whether you need gentle recovery support, an extra pair of hands with your baby, or simply someone who listens and holds space for you.
I understand that each family's journey and needs are unique, which is why my postpartum care is adaptable to suit your individual preferences. Our sessions can be customized to include a variety of supportive elements, such as:
- Emotional Support: A listening ear and guidance to explore your motherhood journey, process birth, and adjust to personal changes.
- Physical Support: Hands-on baby care, massage, belly binding, and recovery aids like foot baths, sitz baths, yoni steaming, and gentle movement.
- Mental Support: Guided meditations, relaxation techniques, and coaching to resolve parenthood worries and connect to your new self.
- Practical Support: Meal planning, nutritious snacks, herbal teas, sibling/pet care, light housekeeping, and referrals to specialists.
Nurturing Nest Package includes:
- Free Introduction Meeting (45 minutes).
- 1x postpartum planning session (before baby is born)
- 5x 3-4 hours long postnatal care sessions within the first 8 weeks postpartum.
- Meal preparation: 3 homemade nutritious meals (7 portions) to freeze delivered by 38 week for your first week of postpartum. (Can be also cooked fresh at your place if desired) You will choose the meals from the provided recipes list.
Additional Postnatal Home Support
3h (1day) - €150
Every hour above 3 hours in a day: €39 / hour, minimum 3 hours per day.
Multiple session discounts:
5–7 sessions → 10% off → €135 per session
8–10 sessions → 20% off → €120 per session
10+ sessions → 30% off → €105 per session
